On 22nd March 1921 Margaret Emily Bullock gave the property to the village for the benefit of the residents of Radwinter, and since then it has been managed by various different people and organisations to that end.

On 2nd March 2011 the Charity Commission sealed a new scheme and from that day the Village Hall and cottages became the property of a new charity :-
